bujofy

Timeline

Zoom out. Zoom in. Same timeline.

Day, week, month, year. Every dated entry, no matter which collection it lives in, shows up where you need it. No tab juggling. No syncing four apps to find Tuesday.

  • → One view for tasks, notes, and events.
  • → Move between day, week, month, and year without losing context.
  • → Migrate what matters forward. Leave the rest behind.
Weekly timeline view with tasks and events spread across the week.
Quick Add modal opened over the dashboard.

Capture

Two seconds from thought to logged.

Tap the floating button. Type. Done. Task, note, or event, from one input. Sort it now, sort it later, or let it sit in the Inbox until you care.

  • → One input for tasks, notes, and events.
  • → Keyboard-first: Enter, Cmd+K, ESC.
  • → Inbox now, decide later.

Habits

Your habits, next to your actual week.

Daily, weekly, or whatever weird cadence you've committed to. Set a goal, track metrics, watch the streak. Habits live on the same timeline as the rest of your plan, because that is how you actually follow through.

  • → Count, time, or simple check. You choose the metric.
  • → Reminders without the guilt trip.
  • → Visible next to your tasks, not buried in another tab.
Habits collection with streak and metric.
Inbox collection showing undated entries waiting to be sorted.

Collections

Structure, not prison.

Inbox for the raw stuff. Habits for the stuff you repeat. Custom collections for projects, contexts, whatever. Move anything anywhere. Nothing gets stuck in the wrong place.

  • → Inbox and Habits come built-in. Add your own when you need them.
  • → Schedule an Inbox entry and it lands on your timeline automatically.
  • → You always know where your data lives. No magic.

How it works

Three steps. That is the whole method.

01

Capture

Dump it in. No forms, no fields to think about.

02

Organize

Tag it, date it, file it. Or don't. Your call.

03

Review

Open the timeline. See the week. Migrate what matters, kill what doesn't.

Built on a method that works

The Bullet Journal method was invented by Ryder Carroll. Bujofy respects it. We did not replace the notebook with an app that forgot why the notebook worked in the first place.

No affiliation. Just respect.

One plan. No upsells. No "enterprise."

$5/month

or $49/year

Honest answers

The questions people actually ask before signing up.

Does Bujofy replace my todo app, habit tracker, and notes app?

That is the idea. Tasks, notes, events, and habits live on the same timeline, in one account, under one bill. If you rely on deep features from a dedicated tool (shared projects, for instance), Bujofy may not be for you. It is built for one person, not a team.

Do I have to give up my paper journal?

No. Start by dumping undated thoughts into the Inbox in two seconds. Use it alongside paper. Move fully over when it feels worth it. We are not trying to win an argument with a notebook.

Why $5 a month?

It covers hosting, sync, reminders, backups, and honest ongoing work. There is no free tier and no premium tier. One plan, one price, cancel in two clicks.

Can I export my data?

Yes. You can export your entries at any time. No lock-in, no waiting period.

Is my data safe?

Your data travels over encrypted connections and is backed up every day. We never sell your data, and you can export it whenever you want.

Is this a tool for teams?

No. Bujofy is strictly personal. There is no collaboration, no assignment, no shared projects, and none is planned.

Which languages do you support?

English, Portuguese (Brazil), and Spanish today. If you would like us to prioritize another language, tell us.

Does Bujofy work on my phone?

Yes, through the browser. It is responsive and works well on mobile. A native mobile app is not on the immediate roadmap.

How do I get help?

Email [email protected]. A real person reads every message.

Bring your method. We brought the tool.
